OK legislator in regards to HB 1615 which moves the date of the primary to June and changes the petition deadline for new parties from May 1 to March,  1, disregards 15 court precedents and disrupts the right to free and equal elections. 

Though this quote pertains to a bill regarding elections, I feel that the attitude is pervasive among Oklahoma legislators in regards to many other laws passed.
